Tools #2:
1. I am excited about the online education community. It should be a good resource for sharing ideas, problems/solutions, experiences, etc. I hope it will be especially helpful in helping to find bilingual resources which can often be challenging. I'm also thankful for the push to become more literate with technology and to learn more about personal learning networks and blogging.
2. Comments advice: All the tips seemed to make sense and had the common theme of encouraging readers to comment. They were all good points to keep in mind, and I think different posts will get a different level of response. I sometimes read comments that follow news articles, and for sure, the more controversial topics get the most comments...like articles regarding the immigration bill in Arizona. I will definitely keep these points in mind when blogging. I think sometimes I will want a lot of feedback and other times, I may be blogging just to inform. I agree strongly with the author about not commenting when it requires signing up and giving a lot of information. I am very guarded with my email address anymore because of all the spam and advertising emails I currently receive.
